GUARANTEED SERVICE
Guaranteed Service is a large home service company serving New Jersey and New York across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. I first worked with the team in-house and continue to support them on a contract basis for larger marketing and brand projects. Because the company was already well established when I came on board, the work was never about reinventing the brand. It was about maintaining consistency across a wide range of materials while making sure each piece still felt clear, useful, and on-brand. My role spanned everything from print to digital including brochures, mailers, home comfort guides, larger production pieces, and campaign assets as well as a major services price book creation and integration into their softwares.

DESIGN CHALLENGE
The challenge was keeping the brand consistent across a wide variety of different touch points while making sure each piece still did what it needed to do. Some pieces had to inform, some had to sell, and some had to handle a lot of content without falling apart.
Another big part of it was communication. Feedback was coming from different parts of the company, different teams had different priorities, and pieces were constantly changing on the fl y. A lot of the challenge was keeping everything clear, moving, and aligned without letting the work lose its consistency.
CREATIVE APPROACH & THINKING
This was a very hands-on and collaborative process. A lot of the work came through regular meetings, presentations, and feedback with different parts of the company, from the plumbing, HVAC, install, electric and sales team all the way up to the COO and owner.
My role in that was taking a lot of moving input and turning it into work that still felt clear, consistent, and built with intention. With so many people involved, a big part of the process was listening, adjusting, and making sure the final pieces actually worked for the people using them, not just looked good on screen.
